Dr. Irena Marić, specialist in pediatric surgery and pediatric urology.
She has extensive experience in clinical work, international education, and improving the quality of healthcare.
Education
1996 — graduated from "Slobodan Škerović" High School in Podgorica.
2004 — completed undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.
2011 — completed specialization in pediatric surgery at the same faculty.
2015 — completed subspecialization in urology, also at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.
Professional Development
She has received advanced training in leading international pediatric clinics, including Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
At the Anderson Center of Excellence (CCHMC, Cincinnati), she completed a six-month education program in quality improvement and obtained the title of professional trainer for continuous education and knowledge application.
Completed training in colorectal surgery with Dr. Alberto Peña.
